Once the reservation has been confirmed and the contacts has been unblocked, we will contact directly by WhatsApp and send you several video tutorials on the operation and equipment of the ship, the location of the boat and we can clarify any doubt or request you may have.

- WHAT EXTRAS DOES THE BOAT HAVE?
Bimini top (sun shelter), fridge, snorkel glasses, gps/plotter with echo-sounder, shower, Bluetooth speaker, USB charger.

- DO YOU NEED A LICENSE? YES
Boat certificate is required.

- IF I DON'T HAVE BOAT LICENSE, DO I HAVE TO ORDER A SKIPPER? YES. Skipper service costs 190 € full day or € 130 half day. It will be requested upon payment of the reservation.

- WILL I HAVE ASSISTANCE IN THE DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL?
A member of our team will receive you at the agreed time. He will explain boat instructions, he will leave the boat from the mooring and he will assist you at the gas station at the end of your journey.
 
-HOW MUCH FUEL CONSUMPTION FOR A WHOLE DAY? 70€
The boat is delivered with a full tank and at the end of your journey our partner will assist you to refill the fuel consumed.

- IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO USE WATER TOYS? YES
They will be requested once the reservation is confirmed. Donut 30 €. Ski 30 €. Donut & Ski 50 €. Wake 50 €. Warning: Safe Speed for water toys under 15 Knots.

-WHAT IS THE RENTAL TIME?
Full day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Half-day rentals from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. or from 2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- CAN YOU EXTEND RENTAL TIME? YES
It will be hired at the time of check-in. Cost 30 € / hour

- WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Fuel, skipper, food and drinks.

- MUST PAY DEPOSIT BEFORE LEAVING? YES
It will be deposited at check-in. Deposit of 300 €.

- WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS?
You can choose to change the date of the booking (pending on availability) or refund the amount charged by 5om.

- CAN YOU CONTACT DIRECTLY WITH 5om BY PHONE OR WHATSAPP BEFORE CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION AND MAKING THE PAYMENT THROUGH THIS WEBSITE? No.
The system automatically removes any personal information with third parties in website chat. Only once the reservation is confirmed will our contact information be provided. At this time we will send you videos with instructions on how to use the boat, how to arrive at check-in, recommendations of routes to be taken and information of your interest.

-WHEN / HOW IS THE RESERVATION CONFIRMED?
It is confirmed at the end of the payment through this website. For any doubt with the payment process you should contact the customer service of this website.

-WHERE IS THE BOAT MOORED?
Palma de Mallorca Seafront.

- IS THERE PARKING FOR CAR IN MARINA? YES
Within our Marina there is free private parking for customers.

-WHAT SERVICES CAN WE FIND IN THE MARINA?
Within our marina you will find “El Corte Inglés” supermarket, restaurant, cafeteria with terrace, free private parking for customers, showers and changing rooms.

- WHAT ROUTES CAN WE PERFORM?
From our base port, given its ideal location, there are different alternative routes. Once you confirm your reservation we will send you videos with different alternatives of routes to be taken, outstanding places, places to eat or beach club to visit.

- HOW DO I KNOW IF THE BOAT IS FREE THE DATE SELECTED?
Our reservation calendar is updated so if the desired date appears available, the boat is free. You only have to make the payment through the web and they will send us a request for us to accept and confirm the reservation as soon as possible.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING ON BOARD?
Towels, sunscreen, ice cube bags for the ice fridge and keep the drinks and food you bring cold, it is recommended to bring warm clothes in case of cloudy day.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER DRINKS AND SNACKS ON BOARD?
We offer provision of both drinks and food, not included in the rental price.
