View detailedThe right to cancel or postpone, either prior to Date, due to COVID-19 only exists if the Contracting Party is able to prove that: • They currently have positive test for COVID or is in quarantine due to COVID and/or • The government (either the country or country origin of the Guest) has issued any travel bans preventing people to travel and therefore preventing the Guest to attend the charter, or if the government (either country of origin of the Guest ) has issued any travel guidelines due to which the Guest are forced to return to their home countries or to leave the country of the charter location. Guest must provide proof of contracting COVID by provided a positive test.
