Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by COVID-19 pandemic and unless other cancellation policies by the Authorities of the customer's country or Greece are imposed, a more flexible cancellation policy may apply with indicative but not limited to the below: If cancellation is done due to proven, general travel restriction (i.e. lockdown, air travel ban for customers that would normally travel to/from Greece by plane, border closing, etc) imposed by the country of customer's origin or Greece and after the booking was completed, the general policy is altered and the deposit amount will be modified to a travel voucher for booking the yacht at the next available for "Joy Yachter" and convenient for customer period, until 15th November 2022.
