Steagall, as issued by the United States Coast Guard, holds a United States Merchant Marine (U.S.M.M.) 100 Ton Masters License with endorsements for both commercial sailing and towing. STCW-95 and TWIC. He is also certified by the American Red Cross in C.P.R. and First Aid. Remains Disposal License CRD#1032 and CYBA licensed Yacht Salesman. He is a proficient and an experienced safe navigator. He has done 1000+ mile deliveries bringing boats back safely from deep in Mexico. He has intimate understanding of weather and sea conditions and extensive knowledge of the Southern California and Baja Coast including the beautiful offshore Catalina and Channel Islands. Capt Mack is a Sailing Captain, Yacht Mechanic, Yacht Salesman and a classically trained Violist! Always easy to get along with, professional and prudent in all sailing endeavors, Capt.
