You can start your sailing journey by visiting the nearby island of Zlarin in the Šibenik archipelago. From the marina, you cruise along St. Anthony’s canal leading to the Bay of Šibenik. Approaching the bay, you will pass by the 16th century St. Nicholas Fortress. The island of Zlarin is a small, peaceful oasis from the or you can sail to the uninhabited island of Tijat and anchor for the night in the sheltered inlet.
You can continue on to the Island of Kaprije where the inhabitants use the island for olive and grape production. You can moor in the popular cove of Nozdra Bay, where you will find some restaurants, or you can drop anchor in a quieter anchorage in the inlet of Borovnajaci on the adjacent island of Kakan.
You will enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Adriatic while making your way to Kornati Islands National Park. The archipelago is made up of nearly 100 islands and most are uninhabited. Natural beauty abounds here. You might want to spend the night anchored at the island of Ravni Zakan and doc at the jetty in front of Knoba Zakan and dine on the island’s local cuisine.
From there sail north to the island of Kornat and visit the Kornati Islands National Park. The island of Katina has restaurants and water and power. Or moor in the bay of Telascia Park, sail to Dugi Otok and visit the lively marina in Sali. Continue on to the island of Zut or further to the island of Murter. Both have many hidden coves and quiet beaches. A popular resting point on a multi-day yacht charter is Marina Hramina on the island of Murter - you will find the most beautiful beaches and historic monuments in Croatia. Then you can sail to the nearby island of Vrgada which is famous for its golden beaches, some of the best in northern Dalmatia.
From this area sail south along the Dalmatian coast back to Šibenik to visit the famous Krka National Park. You will sail past forested mountains as you end up in Skradin for a water taxi to the park. You can swim in crystal clear waters with the backdrop of the park’s famous seven waterfalls.
